1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ss-content ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by SystemSculpt ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
ss-content is a browser-based creator tool for composing photo/slideshow content from media the creator owns or is authorized to use, connecting the creator's TikTok account, and initiating a Direct Post or draft upload through TikTok's official Content Posting API.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Availability
Access may be limited while the Service is being prepared for broader creator availability. Reviewer access details, when required, are supplied privately through the applicable review portal rather than published on this site.
5. TikTok Integration
By connecting a TikTok account, you authorize us to:
- Store the OAuth tokens and scopes TikTok returns after you approve Login Kit.
- Query creator info to determine current posting eligibility and available choices.
- Submit the media, caption, disclosures, and settings you review and confirm.
- Refresh tokens when needed to maintain the connection you authorized.
- Check the status of posting requests you initiate through the Service.
You acknowledge that publishing through the Service is subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Content Sharing Guidelines. We do not guarantee that TikTok will accept or display any content submitted through the Service.
6. Content Ownership
As between you and SystemSculpt, you retain your rights in content you provide. You must use only original media you own or media you are authorized to use and publish. You grant us a limited license to process, render, store, make available to TikTok for retrieval, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service and carry out the posting flow you request. We do not claim ownership of it.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload or publish media you do not own or lack permission to use.
- Use the Service to publish content that violates TikTok's guidelines or applicable law.
- Attempt to circumvent authentication, access controls, or usage limits.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
- Use the Service to distribute spam, misleading content, or malware.
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.
8. Consent Statement
The publish action is blocked until you affirm the consent statement displayed for that post. For Direct Post, the statement includes TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, when you mark a post as branded content, TikTok's Branded Content Policy. You are also responsible for accurately selecting any commercial-content disclosure that applies.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be successfully published to TikTok.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SystemSculpt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed publishes, lost content, or account restrictions imposed by TikTok.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms. The Revoke TikTok action calls TikTok's revocation endpoint and clears stored tokens. The separate Remove action deletes the local connection record and tokens without revoking TikTok authorization; authorization can also be revoked in TikTok's authorized-app settings. Termination does not delete content already sent to TikTok. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SystemSculpt is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
